Snootles, I sent you a bunch of single fruit feeds and their results of my fc members, exluded blood to dalamund to rolanberry since that seems to be a confirmed method.
Will keep yoru charts open to report further changes.

At Abyssal Blue, want to go to Grape Purple
I've used simulators which was a bust, I've combed through the internet and followed both charts I've seen floating around. There seems to be hardly any information on birds this color so could someone direct me.

While reproduction of steps is not always guaranteed to work, my chocobo went from Abyssal Blue to Grape Purple by Feeding 2 Pineapples (2 procs) + 2 berries (2 procs) + 2 pears (2 procs) and 2 apples (2 procs)

The math and simulator suggest 1 pear, 2 apples and 1 pineapple. Those cycle you through midnight/abyssal blue like I had and the pineapple throws you to grape purple like I had before, too.
2 of each as suggested above would land you on currant purple.
Check it out and post whichever result to know them and prove validity, but if it lands on either, it proves the validity of this simulator even more, which would be great feedback.

Due to forum posting limits I can't help with coloring as much as I'd like, so visit me here: http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/character/2168293/blog/1568406/ for my coloring "blog".

Ok I'll try feeding this. If I get sent somewhere else whacky I'll report back in the 6 hours. The math and simulator suggest 1 pear, 2 apples and 1 pineapple. Those cycle you through midnight/abyssal blue like I had and the pineapple throws you to grape purple like I had before, too.

Sent me to Loam Brown so that puts the simulator into whacky territory. The math and simulator suggest 1 pear, 2 apples and 1 pineapple. Those cycle you through midnight/abyssal blue like I had and the pineapple throws you to grape purple like I had before, too.

Wait, i have no experience in google spreadsheets, how do i select the colour?

Yellow fields on the top and bottom of big chart on the left have a drop down arrow with all the colors listed for you to select.
Then feel the white fields witht he name of fruit as lsited to the side and the quantities only, it will do the rest and show you results on the smaller chart to the right.
