Just want to share my lovely peacock blue chocobo! Took 21 O'ghormo berries and 10 Mamook Pears. (19 berries only put him at turquoise)

Any hint from Gloom Purple to Soot Black ?

I made it to Midnight Blue. Can you go directly to black with pineapple (I hear giving 3 pineapple works) or must you go to ink blue or kobalt brown first?

Also, on chart it says you must mix berries, pears and apples (unlike previous color changes from desert yellow -> Millioncorn Yellow -> pumpkin orange -> Sunset Orange -> Blood red -> Dalamund red -> Rolanberry red -> Midnight blue that I did all without mixing any fruits and just using one color). My question is from midnight blue, what is the best for next step?

Just a quick update.

Cactuar Green -> fed berries until new feathers
Torquoise Green -> fed 1 pear with new feather message

Keep in mind I went back to Cactuar green from torquoise green by using an apple until I got the feather message.

Waiting to see the results.

Turquoise Green -> fed 1 apple with message
Cactuar Green -> fed berries until message to get back to turquoise then fed pears with no message so I feed him more berries until I got another message.

I keep going back to Cactuar green when feeding deepening fruits while in Turquoise.

I wasn't able to finish feeding my chocobo enough to get the New Feathers because I had to rush off to work. Do the effects of the fruits I gave it stay or have they been wasted?

I Had Dalamund Red and I'm hoping for Wine Red. Assuming the effects linger, I've given it 3 apples and 1 pineapple with no change.

Any advice for achieving my desired color? This is becoming stressful haha Thx

Effect counts, it just won't change color yet.

Can someone confirm if feeding any color changing fruit to the choco changes the value on the RGB scale by a value of (+ or -) 1 point?

Debated if change is +/- 5 or 8 currently. Seems closer to 5 though.
