Rolanberry Red should be about two steps from Blood Red using Berries.

I can't say how many you'll need. However, I'm fairly certain using berries will produce this:

Blood Red > Dalamud Red > Rolanberry Red.

If you do it in two 6hr sessions (one session of berries until you get "new feathers", stop, another sessions of berries until "new feathers", stop), you should hit it with a very good chance. But if you don't, let us know what you get!

Went back to regal purple. Apples with one feather change might do it?

If you get stuck in a loop, I would maybe try Pineapples to get blue values a little lower...they might be too high that you're jumping from Blood Red > Regal Purple.

When I got from Blood Red > Dalamud Red, my chocobo had zero addition of blue values (pure apple feed), and it took 3 total berries to get to Dalamud Red. As mentioned before, the steps I've seen from various posts can be: Blood Red > Dalamud Red > Rolanberry Red > Regal Purple > Royal Blue. (or backwards with apples starting from Royal Blue).

So yeah, if anything, I would focus on slightly lightening blue values. Keep red values high up there.

I would wait /nod. But I'm more of the cautious/patient type to be honest.
