Any idea how to turn this to sky/ice blue?

I would try Pineapples. Sky Blue has a very high blue count.

It would increase the red green values too,
but i used a color slider and the weird thing is that sky blue has more blue/red/green in all, wouldn't pineapple lighten the shade?

Woke up and checked my chocobo this morning do find it Royal Blue (got there in a very round-about way so I won't bother saying what all I fed it o.o ) Liking the blue look, so I just fed it another 20 berries to try and deepen the blue. The weird thing: I didn't get the growing new feathers message once. After 20 berries... anybody else having this change from the past few days? Also it only told me about the choco's plumage changing in 6 hours after the first snack I fed it, not on the following times as it always did before.

To go from Midnight to a darker blue, you need to lower the blue hue by feeding pears and apples. This is what I did to go from Midnight to Ink.

I had a Royal Blue and received no "new feathers" message in my feeding of 12 Berries.. then I ran out of berries. Perhaps no more blue can be added, or it becomes more difficult?

Pretty sure Royal Blue is max blue.

Yeah same thing happened to me so I went the red direction with apples now I'm too dark and need to lighten him up a few shades.

Yeah I was thinking that, so fed him 10 apples... no feather message. Fed another 10... still no message. Now I'm just thinking that either there's a cap of how much you can feed your chocobo over a certain period of time, or that I have some other issue. Though I'll see if the color's changed at all in a couple hours. Maybe I'm just not getting the message even though he's being affected =X
