We don't have that many colors, but i think the system is working on this scale rounding the result towards a color or another, it doesn't matter how you disguise it, this is a game and it has to use RGB.

Definitly not true at all on the scale of dying our chocobos.

Fed mine the listed amount for iris purple. I suspect I'll get a different shade, here are my noted feeds vs "new feather" messages.

The game doesn't have to use RNG.
If a+b=c. There is no RNG with that.
So if (1) O'ghomoro berry feathers message + (1) Doman plum feather message = (place color here)... and that works every time... its not RNG.

Let's make it simple i based my last feed on my theory. if i'm right i will have a snow white chocobo in 5h+ if not, i'm wrong and i'll try the other theory after feeding my choco a han lemon.

it's not. It's totally inaccurate as the game takes other things in consideration than # of fruits used

Ugh, I give up for now. My bird wont change from honey yellow no matter what I feed him. Only thing I haven't tried is feeding him the one that changes him back to his original color. Just planted that now.

I fed 20 Mamook Pears and 11 O'Ghomoro Berries and ended up with Cactuar Green.
