Hi everyone. So I tempted Snow White using the recipe on the spreadsheet and I know its all rng so my Choco turned out Lotus Pink. What would you guys recommend I give him now to try for Snow White? I'm just really lost and not sure what to feed him or how many. What do you guys think? <3

I am currently aiming at Rolanberry Red.
Theorically speaking, what fruits would I need to go from Sunset Orange to Rolanberry Red?

I am doing this in reverse.. rolan to sunset and I cannot get it done. Any suggestions would be welcome. Rolanberry Red to Sunset Orange.

Was Coral Pink, added 2 Apples and 1 Berry. Only 1 of the Apples triggered the feather message, the Berry triggered too.
So 1 Apple + 1 Berry with feather proc = Sunset Orange.
Theorically speaking, then, adding 3+ feather proc on each (Apple and Berry) should give me Rolanberry Red?
Any suggestions?

Following the above example, it went from Sunset Orange to Blood Red.
I gave it several Berries until I got 1 feather proc.
Will update later with new color.

Result was Dalamud Red.

I've been trying to replicate this so hard. How many berries did you have to feed your chocobo to get 1 plumage proc? I fed mine 18+ and got nothing.

I only had to do around 6 before I got the feather message. But my room mate was in a similar situation as yours. She had to wait for over 15+ before it triggered.

I am doing this in reverse.. rolan to sunset and I cannot get it done. Any suggestions would be welcome. Rolanberry Red to Sunset Orange.

I am no expert at this, so it's mostly guesswork.
At Dalamud Red, I think I am 1 berry away from Rolanberry (Although I've decided to keep Dalamud Red; I like it).
So with that in mind... I think it'd have to go like this...

+3 Plum feather procs and +4 Pineapple feather procs.

I'd do it in that order if possible, too.
That would yield -3 feather procs to your Reds and -4 to your Blues.
You might need to feed it a few Plums until the first feather message comes up. I've been running into this issue, as well as others (See above).

Thank you for the tip. I was just thinking in the wrong direction. I ended up with chocolate brown so it was progress away from the loop I was stuck in so thank you very much. Now just need to get the steps down to Sunset.

Any idea how to turn this to sky blue?
Based on a color slider it seems that my peacock blue needs an increase in all 3 values, but i can't be too sure.

UPDATE: I am trying to get to soot black. After getting plum purple and then mole brown, I fed my chocobo 3 Mamook Pears, 2 Xelphatol Apples, and 2 O'Ghomoro Berries. I got the color change msg on the second apple and the second berry, no message on the pears. That got him to charcoal gray!



What do you guys think I should do to get black? Just try to get a feather message for each darkening fruit?

I just got to PLUM PURPLE while attempting to get to Charcoal Grey

If I may ask Resolute, what fruits did you apply to get to Mole Brown. I guess I could then do the same as you did adding the 3 Mamook Pears, 2 Xelphatol Apples, and 2 O'Ghomoro Berries to get to Charcoal Grey
