Coral Pink: 7 Darken Red and 13 Darken Blue
Royal Blue: 30 Darken Blue, 10 Darken Red

Not sure if I fed it too much blue (or if there's a cap to it)... kind of stuffed it like a thanksgiving turkey.

i used the same food -> 30 Darken Blue, 10 Darken Red
but i get violet ????

any an idea why?

definitely people feeding same thing and getting different results. My royal blue was nothing like yours.

Can confirm this, did the exact same number hoping for Blood Red without having read this thread. I fed Darken Red x7 first.

After being fed 2 apples

Fruits used: x5 O'Ghomoro Berries / x5 Mammok Pears / x5 Xelphatol Apples
Desert Yellow --> Millioncorn Yellow

I gave mine 10 apples (red) and it's still millioncorn.

Honey Yellow

rather disappointing result after 36x of all 3 "Lightening" feeds. Oh well

Fed x3 Cieldalaes Pineapples (lightens the blue hues) and the result was Honey Yellow.

Someone on reddit posted his chocobo after feeding 3 Apples and 3 O'Ghomoro Berries. It became Cork Brown

I got Cream Yellow with only 4 pineapples, and 3 plums. No valfruit.

17 Deepen Blue, 15 Deepen Red, 18 Lighten Green = Regal Purple!

Raptor Blue

FCmate fed 21 O'ghomoro Berries, got Raptor Blue. Didn't take a screenshot, but I can confirm. Saw in person.

I also received Coral Pink after 1x Apple in my first feeding (last night), and then 2x Apple, 10x Berries this morning.

Just got coral pink from 9x apple, 6x Ogho blueberries, 7x valfruit.

Apple Green

So I was going for Celeste green, and I ended up with apple green... Still pretty!
I'm not sure what the actual names of the fruits were, but I know it was 10 darken blue, 5 darken green, and 3 lighten red.

I've got Apple Green with 5 plums, 7 berries and 3 pears.

Slate Grey

Got exactly what I wanted first try, a Slate Grey choco ^.^

I fed 21 O'ghomo berries (darken blue), 7 Xelpatol Apples (darken red), and 7 mamook green things (darken green).

Pumpkin Orange

1 Pear
25 Apples
2 Plums
10 Pineapples
13 Valfruit
= Pumpkin Orange.

I wanted blue, but I suppose this is good for science.
I also got Ash Grey but with very different feeds: 12 berries > 10 pineapples > 6 berries (18 berries total).

Blood Red

So here is Blood Red, took 14x Valfruit, 14x O'Ghomoro Berries, and 14x Xelphatol Apples in this order. I did 1 of each in a row till 14 had been used.

Second session: 20 berries, 10 pears, 8 apples to get Abyssal Blue
My current session I believe will yield me Soot Black, time to wait another 6 hours.

After this i gave him 2 plums and 1 pineapple, to decrease red and increase blue, and the result is Bone white, now i'm gonna feed him more pineapples to get closer to snow white.

THe choco will eat as much as you feed it. I fed two plums.... but didn't wait 6 hrs between them. I wonder if I'll have two adjustments or just one...

To the people that are trying to math this with hard numbers, remember that we don't have every conceivable color here. We're working with a fixed set of colors due to the dye limitations. This means that multiple combinations will yield the same colors (but probably with different internal values) since not every color can be represented.

I have been looking at trends rather than hard numbers to determine how each snack will affect the chocobo's color in a general sense, not a specific one. Here's what I have so far:

A bit unrelated but almost all your guys Revenant's toll(s) are dead quiet, you can't turn around in Balmung without frenching your neighbors.

Thanks for all the info though, not only did I see colors I never thought I wanted (those blues are great) but also the color I did want and how people got there. And someone is google excelling this, so... that's awesome !
