Kinda like it,i'll keep it for now since not much ppl on my server got deepwood,mostly got ink blue,kobold brown and Soot Black.

I actually think I like the Deepwood and Ink colors more than black, honestly. Buuut, black is black....

To tell the truth,i still can't find my final color yet.even Soot Black is beautiful but somehow i don't think its suit for me maybe i'm gonna try "hard to describe" color such as Torquise Green,from the pics i've seen i really can't tell the Torquise Green looks green or blue .. It sure interesting to let ppl curious and ask "What color is that !?" I love that kind of reaction.Or i might try Girlish Color like Lotus Pink

YAY! So unexpected. I fed it O'Ghomoro Berry x17, Xelphatol Apple x15, Valfruit x18. In that order and all back to back. Let it sit over night and it went straight to Regal Purple. Was expecting Blood red but was gonna go for regal anyway. IM SO HAPPY!!!!

Once I get to Blood red, how do I make sure I go in dalamund red and not regal purple?

I went blood red to dalamund red last night.

Fed fruitx9 but no messages
Then fed berry x1 got message

Ended up at dalamund red

I went from Desert Yellow to Royal Blue with 25 feather messages from berries.
How would I proceed towards Soot Black from here?

If any of the color gurus please give me some advice I'd be very grateful.

Hey guys. I need help from you experts getting from Mesa Red(which is actually in the brown spectrum), to Wine Red.

No one seems to want this color and none of the linked websites have info on either color

Plz halp. Grats on all the beautiful/badass chocobos btw.

Seventh Color: Shadow Blue

Feed:[3 Pineapple(2 feathers) , 3 apple, 3 pear, 3 berry]
Results:
Eighth Color: Marsh Green
55 63 39

Goal: Soot Black
47 47 39

So I need help to get Soot Black from Marsh green, any advice? I got the Blue properly, now I need to eat something to reduce the red and the green, while keeping blue exactly the same.


I guess I'll follow this advice and see what I get.

So from Marsh Green I got drunk and feed my choco 2berries each proced then 1 apple and it also proced to give me Ink Blue. I was then convinced by a friend to try and do Kobold Brown via 1 pineapple then try and get soot... I fed my Bucephalus who was Ink Blue 1 pineapple and it proced on the first feed and he became soot black. Thank you RNG? confused but happy since now my Bucephalus is the same color as Alexander the Greats horse Bucephalus!

Starting Colour: Mesa Red
118R 51G 4B

Desired Colour: Wine Red
62R 17G 14B

I would try the following "Darkener" combo:

x5 Pear
x9 Beries
x3 Apple

This combo should result in an RGB of around 63R 16G 9B (assuming +/-5 average integer and using the original RGB spreadsheet) and should push you into Wine Red range. Remember your mileage may vary. For Science!
