Sorry to throw cold water on the pretty chart but not much point in having one when:I have been working on this chart now for a few days and this is what I have so far. Is not the prettiest thing because it is done in paint and I fail at the cute polished things. I hope this helps people.
Also it looks like Alinah took one of my older drafts and make it extremely pretty if that helps someone.
1. Any color can go to any color depending on what is fed and how many is fed.
2. Each feed changes the RGB values randomly.
In short, any physically representable chart will be incomplete.

^ is true if you feed it multiple types in 1 sitting. No one can confirm if it changes the rgb scale for all sessions, 1,2 or if the colors are changing based on RNG. As of right now the most it is changing is 3 different number of colors, example Kobold can go to either ink, deepwood, or soot using the same fruit/proc/# so it is great to see where it might take you to plan future feeds instead of being like YOLO. And never said the chart would ever be 100% complete or it was 100% correct 100% of the time, it was made to help me and my friends in understanding what was happening and choosing our paths to obtain the colors we want. So not sure how you threw cold water on it.Sorry to throw cold water on the pretty chart but not much point in having one when:
1. Any color can go to any color depending on what is fed and how many is fed.
2. Each feed changes the RGB values randomly.
In short, any physically representable chart will be incomplete.

Could someone please help me out I'm trying to get Morbol Green, and right now I'm at Peacock Blue.
If i were you i might try 10 apple 9 pear 6 berry.start with berry, pear then apple and feed them incycle until empty.there's a chance to get some shade of dark blue as well.
Does anyone know how to get Snow White from Ice Blue? Also, how to get Soot Black from Wine Red?

After some fears and some decidedly less than educated R&D testing amongst others and myself in FC to get our choice results based on a google doc, I got the color I was aiming for and can confirm the one of two ways the doc states to get Othard Blue (x21 O'ghomoro Berries). Here is the result:

Again I saw that under the sun the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor bread to the wise, nor riches to the intelligent, nor favor to those with knowledge, but time and chance happen to them all.

Well, I haven't gotten Soot Black yet, but I'm getting there. I can however post you part of my log to give you some ideas of what colors are around you. I have yet to hear of someone getting to Soot Black from Wine Red directly, but here are some paths you can take.
Starting Color : Wine Red
Chocobo Level: 10
Stable Condition: Poor
Feed Used: x3 Doman Plums
New Feathers: 2/3 Plums
Result: Midnight Blue
[9:34 p.m.]Juju devours the Doman plum.
[9:34 p.m.]Juju's plumage will change in 6 hours.
[9:34 p.m.]Juju devours the Doman plum.
[9:34 p.m.]Juju is beginning to grow new feathers!
[9:34 p.m.]Juju's plumage will change in 5 hours and 59 minutes.
[9:34 p.m.]Juju devours the Doman plum.
[9:34 p.m.]Juju is beginning to grow new feathers!
[9:34 p.m.]Juju's plumage will change in 5 hours and 59 minutes.
Result: Midnight Blue
From Midnight Blue I "read" that if you then do: x3 Pineapples // x2 Apples // x2 Pears you get to Loam Brown.
From Loam Brown I "read" from Kahnom who got Soot Black today that they finished by giving their Loam Brown chocobo: x2 Berries // x1 Pear.
Here's another path that leads to several ways of either getting to Soot Black on your first try, or getting stuck in a loop that is the equivalent of getting stuck in an NSYNC concert for 48 hours straight.
Starting Color : Wine Red
Chocobo Level: 10
Stable Condition: Poor
Feed Used: x1 Doman Plum
New Feathers: 1/1 Plum
Result: Kobold Brown
[9:26 a.m.]Juju devours the Doman plum.
[9:26 a.m.]Juju's plumage will change in 6 hours.
[9:26 a.m.]Juju is beginning to grow new feathers!
Result: Kobold Brown
Kobold Brown can then lead to either Deepwood Green / Ink Blue / or back to Wine Red. If you go even a step further, you can go a step behind any one of those color paths.
Any of those final colors paths will lead to Soot Black one way or another, it's only a matter if your RGB numbers aren't out to make you want to commit suicide at 3 in the morning.

I'm currently at Deepwood Green, trying to get Soot Black.
Last night I fed him a Valfruit, like one of the members did here, I got the message that the colours would change within 6 hours.
Then this morning I went to the stable to check if the colour had changed and there was no message or cutscene, the colour was still Deepwood green.
I have given it another Valfruit and got the message again, I will wait to see if it is finally happening.
Also, if people want to know how I got to deepwood green:
Desert Yellow:
35 Berries (only 34 messages)
27 Apple (27 messages)
20 Pear (20 messages)
Ochu Green:
3 Berries (3 messages, wouldn't take anything else)
No change/No cutscene
Ochu Green:
3 Berries (again 3 messages, wouldn't take anything else)
No change/No cutscene
Ochu Green:
5 Berries (5 messages)
5 Apples (5 messages)
5 Pears (5 messages)
Deepwood Green:
1 Valfruit (1 message)
No change/No cutscene
Deepwood Green:
1 Valfruit (1 message)
Waiting on change
