So anyone know what Allied Beast tribe Quests are meant to be yet?

Only thing in 2.35 patch note about them is that we have to complete All Main Beast Tribe Quests to access them.

Are these meant to be after math storyline showing use what the Beast Tribes been doing after we earned all their Trust?

You need to cap reputation on all Beast Tribes to unlock the questline.

Whatever they are hopefully they will be another way to get allied seals.

Well from what is given the Allied Beast tribe Quest may be Post-Story event made to show how things are going with the Beast tribe becoming allies with the Grand Companies due to our actions with helping them.

According to the Q&A of the live letter, it consists of beastmen quests in which the tribes cooperate between each other. The cutscene looked cool.

You need to cap reputation on all Beast Tribes to unlock the questline.

I thought you just had to do the beast tribes of the corresponding areas... like sylphs and ixali's in Gridania for example and then you get the Call of the Wild quest from Twin Adder?
