I'm a vet of quite a few MMOs, and I've never, ever seen any company hand out to others on a 2.5 second cool-down the capacity to drain to zero a class-defining resource like aetherflow, shutting down a class simply by another class being there.

The phrase "to the ground" comes to mind, and it's obvious from moves like this square is incapable of measured action.

Even the most overpowered stun-lock was never allowed to be maintained indefinitely in this way.

Companies speak in money, consider mine gone. This is my vote of "no confidence"

You are overestimating on how often a Monk can buff strip.

Once per minute they will be able to Somersault -> One Ilm Punch
Once every 3 minutes they can chain 3 One Ilm Punches
Otherwise it is a 2 GCD (Bootshine/Dragon Kick/Arm of the Destroyer -> One Ilm Punch) or 3 GCD (Bootshine/Dragon Kick/Arm of the Destroyer -> One Ilm Punch -> Snap Punch/Rockbreaker/Demolish)
