So buffing the reward, and nerfing the marks is the answer to fixing the Hunts?

Fact is they've nerfed ALL of the hunt event by making the change to B. B's used to be at least half of the seals you'd get in a hunt session (not to mention myth for those working Alex for their relic).

ha, i actually laughed at that. i dont do B ranks, and with 20-30 minute total hunting, with crafting between the As, i made enough seal to buy a log, for 250, not to mention i got half the soldiery cap, then got kicked off for maintenance. there are a lot of people that dont even bother with B ranks. in a few hours of hunts, i was able to cap on myth, soldiery, and have almost 1k seals, that was just hunting As on my first day

Why are people mad? They did an favor to the game. Less seals are being zerged and grinded to one player. Now they can be more even balance on how they are distributed. Thats amazing! Less people are exploiting the system and not letting anyone else have a bite.

people getting out of Hunts and doing roulettes for myths is not a bad thing.

from my own Achievement records, Bs account for between 20%-25% of my seals, nowhere near half.

Hardcore groups mainly aim for A and S targets. They can still do it and get the same rewards. Hardcore people happy !
Casuals players aim for...any crumb the hardcore players let them have. Now, they can have a steady amount of seals each week. Casual people happy !

Just wondering about your logic here.

First, guess what's going to happen with A marks? (on a worse scale they've ever been zerged since there's going to be no-one that competitively hunts with a B when an A is called in their linkshell.)

Second, How are people buckling down to a (broken) system and working for their rewards rather than whining about it "exploiting the system" in your mind? I'd love to know.

Yep, and I've spent most of the day reading (actually legitimately worth arguing about, now!) shouts from people annoyed As are still pulled before people can get there. I've also been twiddling my thumbs / leaving disbanded hunting parties because the As are down and it's 90mins+ until we can gain marks again. Mega positive. Far better than the way it used to be. Fantastic, even!

all 3 of my hunt LSs are still active. right now its about 30 minute downtime. is there something wrong with having to wait a couple hours and being able to do something in between hunts?
