You broke materia gathering for NON-CRAFTING people.

I hate crafting with a passion, so now I cannot put some hard work into making money by spirit bonding bought gear off the Market Board. Here are some ideas to fix these issues.

1. go back to old style of spirit bonding. Higher content = Faster bonding, BUT, when you queue for a dungeon/raid, make it to where you can't click commence unless you have the required item level. (I spirit bonded zircon gear, but I always pulled my weight because I made sure my iLevel was high enough to still participate in the proper way.)

2. Let us convert blues/greens that drop out of dungeons. They take forever to bond ANYWAYS.

3. This isn't with spirit bonding, but more of a note. The reason the gil market is so lopsided is because you're so concerned with crafting. Crafters (and this is the general rule of thumb) have all the gil. They can get away with it because you restrict everything based on needing crafting to get many of the important things in the game. Shoot, to get grade IV materia, you have to know a crafter or spend a fortune (on a piece of gear a crafter has) to spirit bond a piece of high level gear. Even then you're not guarenteed it's going to be a grade IV.

Please please fix this. I know you're not trying to mess with player markets, but as it stands, people like me (The dungeoneers) can't keep up in gil with crafters.

P.S. No, I don't have a ton of gil to buy stuff and resell it, which still, the root is with crafters.
