So, you're saying that SE has made a change so that if you equip all gear at the minimum iLvl for a dungeon, you will be unable to SB anything? This gets worse and worse.
Anybody tested SB against open world mobs? It's starting to sound like SE's calculations were off...
Or maybe I'm looking at this the wrong way. What gears are people wearing? Are people wearing crafting gear in these dungeons?
It sounds like now it's a combination: correct ilvl, correct gear for your class. If SE is to be believed (we'll see), if you do it right, you'll SB faster in dungeons than before.

This is what I want to know. Only thing I ever had to go into dungeons to SB was i70 and turn 4 works pretty damn well for that (although might not anymore). As I stated in another thread, the patch notes imply to me that SBing in urth's will only work for 45-50 items which is dumb.

Hi All,
I thought with the latest reports from everyone that Spiritbonding improved dramatically if you were fighting in a dungeon (or w/ mobs) within [Item Level -> through -10 to 15] of the Items you were Spiritbonding?
I just ran a Dzemael Darkhold (which drops Item level 46+ items), with the Item Level 43+ Accessories (Zircon series of Earrings, Choker, etc.), and in 1 full run, I gained 19% Spiritbond only?
From 0% -> 19% for all accessories (w/ a Spiritbond Potion no less).
Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for the help!

Lol, i can't help but laugh when he/she realizes they're wrong
I'm pretty sure the "level" of the dungeon is determined by the gear it drops not the minimum ilvl to get in.Just tried a Brayflox HM (i55 dungeon) with iLvl 49, 45, 46 and 47 accessories equipped.
SB gain - zero. Even the i49 items. The range seems to be absurdly narrow for the effect of the new changes.
This will likely mean fewer people doing those DF roulettes.
Any other observations to report?
So in the case with Brayflox HM, its actually an i70 dungeon so its obvious why you got nothing.
Try doing Wanderer's Palace, that's the actual i55 dungeon now.
With that in mind the new Expert roulette dungeons are i80
Crystal tower is i80
Syrcus tower is i100
Wanderer Palace/Amdapor are i55
Pharos/Hauke HM i60
Original Coil i90
2nd coil i110
hope that clears it up :P

Given the above, I just realized:I'm pretty sure the "level" of the dungeon is determined by the gear it drops not the minimum ilvl to get in.

Do we even have an "i70" Dungeon? (for i70 Accessory Spiritbonding.)
Because if SE's calculations are that stringent, NONE of the Dungeons would allow you to Spiritbond i70 Gear.
I hope someone can test this soon
Brayflox HM, Lost City, and Halatali (HM) are i70.
As long as you are wearing crafted gear that is not crafting gear, I think you'll do fine.
