I wonder if it's possible to add a menu option to your door to not only exit your private chamber, but also the residence? Magic Rope style. :3

Would save you a lot of time, especially if you have to stop by the market board outside the residence. I'm sure a separate market board item isn't on the horizon anytime soon, even if an item much like the summoning bell would be nice.
