This shot would have been a winner for me instead of the one you submitted. The effects aren't as overpowering, and your expression plus pose are great.

Oooo, I disagree! I thought the one submitted beat the others hands down! It was just so much better balanced, and the background shone through the effect just right. Not to mention the lighting in the sky making the silhouettes pop. The spell effect on the left in this one feels a lot more overpowering, and a bit blob-ish in comparison.
