That does look better than the alternative I had in mind.
The thing I came up with was a reverse popularity order, where the one with the lowest score last round gets to be first in line next round and the highest score will be last in line.

Huh...that sounds like an interesting way too. Add it to the poll!!!! xD

Really though, all this for the order of pictures in the album? o.o;
