How about pushing down the list by 5 each week? With how everything moves down the list, everyone will be alternating between the front of the list and the back of the list. The problem I can see with this is the reduction in the number of participants over time, but after testing it out, it could possibly work.

Actually scratch that. Last place will always end up in the bottom multiple times if we remove the eliminated models in the list when organizing.

I'm just concerned its going to come down to the host having to say "Well, this person WOULD have been first picture of the batch this Round, but since that person got eliminated they are now the second picture of the bunch...so I will change it to be nice." or "Well, this person would have been, but SUCKS TO BE THEM!"

Both of those look bad to me. Giving the host control over that is bad. Alphabetizing gives the host no power whatsoever.
