When merging, the top scoring models would be taken from each contest and go into the final rounds with a clean slate. Please keep the discussion going though! We'll never get 100% agreement on which is the 'best' way to do it, so I'm watching to see if gaping holes emerge in any proposed method and if one emerges as generally more popular
