Congrats to the winners of pr2. Unfortunately, I will not be advancing but Its a relief.

RE the discussion about the rules/judges. I appreciate the work the Rongi has done to create a community event that adds a new element to the game. However, the organizers of the competition should take player critiques and learn from them. Providing clear rules that are consistent amongst all players is basic. Attacking players who express their concerns is not cool. This is for fun, just apologize about the inconsistencies and try to make sure it doesn't happen again. This even takes participant time, too. Inconsistencies should upset them.

Also, I don't believe that SS judging credentials exist, but its strange that someone from outside the community is a judge. They dont know the limitations that exist and may lack the perspective of the work it took. But, in the end, the judging is all subjective anyway.

I cannot tell if that post was joke or serious either. Regardless there is no waterfall in the picture so who cares if there is one somewhere close by? She didn't break any rules. An 11? I thought the highest you could score was a 9, 3 being the highest and there was 3 judges. Shows what i know.

I'm surprised at the kind judges' score too, but only because I felt like I took better "outtakes"

BTW, is Ifrit more glowier in Hard/Extreme mode? I just went into Normal mode with people nice enough to queue with me and leave me to my numerous fiery deaths.

Idk...I think that is stretching it. If she had been standing and the waterfall was clearly the shot then yes I would agree. But you don't see the waterfall, it's not view-able unless you run all the way to the other side of the bridge and down a hill to actually see it's even a waterfall.

I mean honestly there are 'waterfalls' of some sort in rivers everywhere in real life, so if this was a real picture you could say 'nope that river has a waterfall a mile up so it's against the rules.

Ok, the above is over exaggerating... lol but when I think 'no waterfalls' I think a waterfall that is clearly within view and is clearly a waterfall. I didn't even know that was a waterfall there until you ran all the way over and down the hill to show it, thought it was a bend in the river to be honest lol.

ENTM Prelim Round 3 - Ifrit Shot

One of my favorite shots I voted for, outfit was well planned, timing well executed, pose interesting enough. While the shot itself is of high quality I would have been curious to see if you had lowered the angle a bit more and had a different player take the photo so you were slightly to the left/or right and ifrit was a bit more in the shot. Nonetheless your photos have thus far been very strong and this shot was defiantly in par with the rest of yours.

Awww so much <333 for you, Ty! i was upset with the angle a bit too but got those shots solo the other night when I decided my pic wasn't quite up to par with what I should have done :3

That takes the sting out of getting back from DragonCon to find out I was eliminated, heh. Going with the more comedic shot was a gamble that didn't pay off in the end. At least I don't have to scramble to finish my other shots now! In all seriousness though, amazing shots everyone. The contest was a lot of fun and you can bet your arse I'll be taking the lessons learned here and re-applying come round 3.

Also, thanks to everyone who has found me in-game to express their support! The fans make it all worthwhile <3
