Another overwhelmingly popular option was the randomized model shots each week, which will also be used in Cycle 4.

This is generally my only concern. As said in a very old post by Rongi Pongi himself, having the list be completely randomized each week would be slightly troublesome should some participants end up getting slapped to the back of the list multiple times in a row, or if some end up being in front of the list multiple times in a row. I personally advise you to please think about this small point a little more deeply before making any final decisions.

Ty.. i think, and my voting on your survey supported that, was to have judges have 75% voting power vs. 25% public along with keeping the forum voting. if the judges have the power then there is no harm in having forum votes and in my opinion, if you take it to a private off site voting format you (may) lose public interest in the contest overall. Coming from both a model and judges pov here, one of the best parts of the contest was seeing how well i did/how well my judging matched public opinion. People want to feel like they are involved, making a difference, comparing their choices, rooting for their favorites, etc.

This is my biggest regret with how I did the Youtube Edition! I did all the fan favorite voting before the episodes were out, and I feel like people would enjoy it more if the fan voting was done after each episode! ><; I'll be doing it that way for Cycle 2.

I voted and the only one I had a hard time with was dungeons... I mean dungeons have a lot of interesting scenes available that people would normally overlook... I WANTED to vote and say low-level dungeons with Hm equivalents because then you can have a greater variety of shots since there are lighting and scene differences between the two so it offers more varety in shots and doesn't exclude lower level characters.

As for fan votes, I think that having it "hidden" adds to suspense in the turn around round. Of course the thread will have people's commentary so there can be some guesses, but leaving the results to the big reveal is better.

I'll release the episode and then you guys can vote on the pictures seen in the episode PLUS the eliminated models pictures, which I will link in an album ^^

Ahhhhh, so first models vote for their own favorite rounds, then fans only see the pictures for those rounds AFTER the episode and fans can vote their favorite back in.

Exactly! I think? xD I'll send the models a list of the photoshoots, they will order them in the order they want, and I will compare the orders between all models and the average will become the episode order. The first 6 photoshoots will be used in the fan favorite voting, and the eliminated model with the most votes will be brought back into the competition at the end of round 7.

I'll open up voting after each episode airs, so that if viewers disagree with the judges decision to send model a home over model b, they can vote for model a and not model b. If they dont agree with either model being in the bottom 2, they can vote for them both. If they agree model c should have received first call out, they can vote for them too. If not, they dont have to. Voters will have 6 votes each round, so its a ton of room to play with! And, I dont think this system can be abused because say Model Rongi gets eliminated in Round 1 and the whole community feels bad for him so they vote her each round even though her pictures are the weakest of the bunch each round. He comes back at the end of Round 7, and once again has the weakest picture. He gets eliminated by the Judges again. So, even if you are popular and have tons of friends voting for you, if you have weak pictures you will still be eliminated by the judges!

And I think this system worked great, as you all saw in Episode 5 of Cycle 1!

A part of me is thinking I should level Garethoix some more so he has more fashion options since he's the only Elezen... He has the perfect personality to go with my girly voice for a guy too... Still fingers crossed on getting Terrini accepted... but the lalas abound. Dei would be cool too... And Myna is adorable... And Liam is so much fun... He'd flirt with literally all the other contestants, male or female, lala to roe... Sakha's nice... but I doubt she stands a chance amongst all the Miqo'te entrants.

It'd be so much fun if we could also have Character commentary on other entrants XD
