I didn't read every page so I'm not sure if someone has said this or not, but can you put together a spiritbond party and go into T3 and do it?

This kinda sucks for me. I would spirit bond the rings I'd get from the Treasure Maps I do by wearing them in ST. Just rings, or other accessories I might get from Treasure Hunts. Now I've got to run CM/Prea just to SB? Bleh. At least running ST I could also try to get my drop for the week in the process. The other dungeons offer nothing of worth to make them worth the time it takes to spirit bond. Maybe if I could SB an item from 0% to 100% in that one run, then I wouldn't mind. But SB'ing one item takes several runs. No thank you.
With ST I knew I was likely going to be doing several runs a week unless I got lucky on the very first, and even then I could still run it again to SB. I actually enjoy ST, those other dungeons that you have to run to SB in aren't fun anymore. They're kind of boring to me. I haven't even touched a Duty Roulette in more than a month.
Swapping out two rings drops my ilvl from 109 to 100, big whoop.
If they are going to make these rings pointless to SB then I want ilvl 70 rings from my dang Boarskin, Piesteskin and Unhidden Maps. Can't even sell them on the MB because they are untradable.
Grr.. it's frustrating having all these rings and unable to do SB them while doing things I actually want to do.
Initially I was pretty bummed out about the i70 gear no longer being 100% tier 4 materia and had concerns about the cost for worthwhile materia skyrocketing. Not to mention that the gear I was getting ready to convert no longer had that 100% chance. (Which, ended up being that I only got 1 tier 4 out of 7 pieces and that one was water...) But this weekend it all started to make sense to me.
The new Ixal beastman dailies, once you get to rank 5, start to give you a new currency with every daily quest. The currency can be used to buy 2 of the i70 crafting mats. That is 6 new mats possibly entering the market a day per player. Think about how that is going to flood the market for a minute.
Now I have speculation as to why they are doing this and it has nothing to do with SBing or making i70 gear more readily available. I think they are going to add a new level of difficulty (4 star?) crafting in a patch pretty soon. Flooding the market with the crafting mats opens the door for people who are a little behind on getting master craft books a chance to catch up prior to that update. Pure speculation but seems reasonable to me.
