Sigh...

Just when this noob found a good money of doing spiritbond while getting fun... I liked to craft tourmaline accesories for my healers and go duty expert, getting some equipment for allied seals and fun while spiritbonding, and with guild powers and spiritbond potion fully having it 100% after two runs.

Also going with amber accesories with my tank....

So now I wonder... WHY these changes? Even with spiritbond gear my ilvl was still the required for duty roulette expert and the battles didn't have any risk, were fast and smooth (Gear doesn't matter so much at all, especially accesories)

If I want to spiritbond my gear I'll have to go booooring and pointless wanderer's palace or castrum meridianum.... Can't even go to Labyrinth of the ancients, well, can, but, as the patch notes said, the spiritbond will be super long.

So back to the boring traditional method of grinding it and just farm crystals, snurble tufts and any other things like that? Or going to the ships of sahagin quests and kill non-stop until spiritbonding, then complete quest....


Sigh... (I'm feeling like a whiny cat now) but... Seriously, why that free attack against spiritbonding, Square Enix? I just felt my goldsmith and the whole materia system became a little more useless now, less interactive with people, or interactive but more annoying and with less benefit.

Anyone here can give this noob any tip for spiritbonding with more profit or fun now? My only ideas are going to Wanderer's Palace as Square Enix suggests in the patch notes and at least take weapon parts so I don't need to buy those anymore.... Or just ignore duty finder and go kill elemental sprites of the crystal I'm lacking more.

PS: I hope this wasn't really made because spiritbonding accesories made such a super huge difference than hero or soldiery ones.... In my case I almost didn't notice the difference of it while healing or tanking in expert roulette...)
