will be purchased for 120,000 and 25,000 gil each from the beastman tribe vendor after getting max rank and

Wind-up Kobolder
Wind-up Sea Devil

perhaps are from the new quests?? from Sylph, Amal’ja, Ixal, Kobold and Sahagin respectively after you have capped reputation on them.

I checked the lodestone database and the 5 new ones are bought from the vendors for 25,000 gil each (so 125,000 for all 5). Not sure if you have to have completed the lasest beastmen quests to get them yet.

They are connected to the last set of quests for the tribes for sure. Once you have friendship with all tribes at the maximum level, there will be a new series of quests according to 2.35 patch notes and I guess at the end, you can buy all the shiny new minions. I will do the 4 quests from the Ixali every day for sure to boost them up as quickly as possible. I also like it that the daily provision quest rewards you with + 50 on the relation with the Ixali tribe. They should be quicker at max friendship compared to the other four tribes. I look forward to the new mount and minions.

I will say this for sure: if nothing else, the Ixali quest certainly are refreshing in my eyes. I kind of wrinkled my nose at the thought of crafting dailies, but it's actually really enjoyable and a nice way for me to level my DoH class! Plus there's always that fancy new mount and minion to work towards!

Ouch, didn't see that. Oh well, their quests are a nice Change so I am enjoying them atm, dunno how long it lasts tho lol.

so is the assumption then that you need Rank 7 to get the new mount and minions?

We can t be sure until we hit rank 4 to 7, but the odds are that it is the final rank reward.
I believe it will take as much time as the others to get to max level. It was around 30 days when totally focusing on leveling one reputation.
