Private Rooms and Moving FC to a bigger lot

Hello,

So my FC purchased a medium plot originally. We now have four or five people with rooms (including myself). Thinking ahead, we are looking to purchase a Large plot. How does that work? Will we have to purchase rooms all over again? Or are they transferable?

You'll have to repurchase your rooms.
Maybe one day they'll give us a moving feature, but there isn't one atm.
