Your attitude at branding people as "elitist" simply because they can complete T5 is just horrible, and it's a horrible approach at this situation. Take out the idea of people wanting rewards, as in don't consider them a factor for people not wanting easy mode, and instead look at what lies ahead. Call me elitist here if you will, it will just further reinforce the ignorance you portray, but if a player can not successfully complete T5, what chances do they have in the second coil?

Before you, or anyone else goes on their little rant about "oh but it's everyone else holding me back. I can't get seven good players", well consider this quote:

Except replace the word "a**hole" with whatever term(s) you want to signify a player who is not yet capable of completing T5. Since you seem to like branding people who can complete content, I will follow your suit and use the word "casuals" because like this, casuals clearly can't complete anything, so it then becomes:

If you're sick and tired of having a party of players who can't complete content, there is nothing to stop you, yes I mean you, from forming a party with players who are capable. Players have to leave before completing it? Not enough time? People need to disband? Well, I have the solution for you! Or, well...SE does. In just a few simple steps, you can add someone to your friends list! Not only that, but you have been provided with up to 8 spaces for linkshells on top of FC. Not enough? Get a pen and paper and write those names down! Book mark them on the lodestone if you have too. Stop pushing your problems onto other people and expecting them to take the hit because it's just a matter of learning. There are plenty of resources out there to learn from, it's the internet and it's pretty useful. There's an abundant of resources, google alone can point there out for you but there are already the forums (That's where you are right now), youtube, those famous FC websites (The obvious one being BG but don't take them as the be-all and end-all of this game). Gather your resources, study them at whatever pace you wish because you are paying for this game and you set your own pace, just don't expect everyone around you to play at the same pace as yourself so you got to either keep up or sit it out. Yeah, you are paying for this game but that's what you are buying into. That's what everyone here is buying into, myself included. Then, when you feel ready and capable, go and kill it.

You won't get good at something if you don't try, and simply coming on the forums and begging for it to be made easier, is not really trying.
Yes! thank you! I love how threads and tons of posts of people dropping the term casual and they get removed and make threads of SE suspending them for using it, but it's all okay for self entitled people like the OP drop elitist when it's EQUALLY offensive and it's disgusting they're allowed to be vulgar in such aspects and see no justice against them.

Back to the main topic, this is probably the most constructive thing to give to a casual, yet they'll just auto dismiss it since the gear/content isn't in a shape of a welfare check (I see echo as food stamps). "I don't want to learn, this is just a game! I want free stuff, because I pay money a month for this!" insert any nonsensical self entitled quote that's a common stance from them and it's all laughably amusing. Everyone in someway shape or form pays a month for this game (fill in the blanks anyway you wish here). If you want to push completely asinine mentalities like, "I don't want to learn it's just a game, I already work hard, why should I work in this game" or anything like it, then why play an MMO? If your job is so "excruciatingly difficult" (don't play that contest with me on difficult jobs and time constraints) and you want to play a genre who has a track record of putting in effort and working together as a team... why are you here? It's funny, because this game prides itself on not that being that difficult, yet people still want it more condensed. It's so mindblowing that people push their personal life onto this game where they make excuses for themselves in being lazy. In real life or in game, if you're lazy, you better have a lot of connections, otherwise, you will get dropped: either fired, beaten up, or game wise kicked out. I don't want to see another potentially good MMO submit to the lazy and become a laughing stock like some of it's predecessors have. Take this player's advice and actually learn to give a care.
