    Yep these are all great ways to train and feel a deep sense of accomplishment getting through content. They also allow you to communicate when you feel like it. I myself am a bit anti-virtual social. Although I have been begrudgingly thrown into a static group since downing T5.

    I always try and absorb the Patch Notes as a whole and for Patch 2.35, other than a bit of confusion over spiritbonding, I see it all as good.

    Yep and you spawn into that dungeon, raid, primal with...other players? MMOs are designed to be played with other player at its core.

    I really don't get people's anti-FC sentiments. Being part of one brings absolutely no disadvantages unless you count having a ticker by your name a disadvantage so I have no sympathy for those who moan about "FC gated content".

    Truth is anyway that 3 beds is not enough to accommodate a large FC and the MB will be how majority of people go about it anyways. Personal housing is just a month or so away anyway then choco leveling, coloring and minions will be within many more people's grasp.

    Thanks for the video, useful. I've read the patch notes, but always nice to have someone read them over for me if i've missed or misinterpreted something. Also, i've seen your other videos on there before, and use them as a reference from time to time, so thanks for those too !

    As far as the beast tribe addition goes, i'm pretty excited about this. I found the other beast tribes pretty lackluster, and loving crafting this is straight up my street.

    FCs, by their very existence are a negative influence.
    Guild systems promote insularity and placing arbitrary value in specific players, not due to being the most compatible or enjoyable to play with, but because you have the same tag over your head.
    And it ends up as a cycle since that promotes new players to feel they've got to join a FC straight off, latching onto a 'group' straight away.
    But I'm not going to go into full-on rant-mode here anyway since its not going to change anything and I don't have the time for a lengthy debate.

    Suffices to say, I find the prospect of FC interaction being somehow more 'meaningful' to be complete and utter bollocks.

    Pretty sure u haven't played any international MMOs and clearly didn't see nation specific guilds to easily communicate eh?

    This is just SE trying to keep FC relevant. You can get dungeons, find friends, and relay information all from the outside of a FC. By putting these chocobo perks inside them they're just trying to make people use an irrelevant system.

    i need some clarifications: "The rate at which gear gains spiritbond will now be reduced when gear is not the appropriate level for a given duty or open-world encounter. Furthermore, if the item level of gear is too high or too low, it will no longer gain spiritbond"

    Does this mean that, if i'm taking a walk in mor dhona, killing hapalits and hippogryphs, my ilv 20-30 crafting accessories won't sb at all?
