I'm not sure about that, in German it says the colour of your chocobo goes more into the direction of: red, faint blue, violett, green, blue and yellow. So I would assume that is right that we will have more than 7 colours (seeing as the say that the colour goes int a direction and not just changes), but in german it does not really fit with the rgb principle seeing the names of the colours (of course that could be a Translation error)

Materia isn't harder to make. it is now level correct to make. run some low to mid level fates to SB your gear for materia 1 and 2s, get atma parts at the same time. GC seal to turn in for i70 crafting mats to sell or make into i70 SB gear. seems like an all around win.

Very upset I now have to join a FC to dye my chocobo as well as buy what will no doubt be an overpriced vegetable to feed it. I knew it wouldn't be simple though. Square is wasting the effort they could be using to make worthwhile content on making overly complex glamour options.

Looks like it will still be a whinefest for As and Ss though. At least the daily marks yield enough that you can have over a hundred seals at the end of the week.

The funniest thing about this is people are now going to complain about these; being defeatable by a single player is going to mean you're going to need to get there first to get it. A 5-second respawn still means you'll need to re-comb the zone to find where it popped up...only to get there as someone else kills it. Repeat ad nauseum.

You're upset that you have to participate in game content to experience game content. Alright!

No, I'm upset that I have to join a FC to get aesthetic related content. Joining a FC isn't game content. I enjoy not having <<RANDOMFC>> next to my name as well as listening to boring rules from an egotistical FC leader.

because you need a FC to associate with other players when there is a DUTY FINDER and PARTY FINDER available. Troll less.

Chocobo dyeing is being gated by FCs as well?! Seriously? :-/

Just wait till personal housing it's supposed to come with 2.38 you'll likely be able to place a stable at your own house^^

Plot twist: SE will require you to be a member of a FC that owns a large house to buy a personal house. :P

This. After the response to dyeing AF armour, I'd hoped they'd throw us a bone, but of course not.
At this point, everything is leaving a terrible taste in my mouth.
PERSONAL housing was the thing I've been most looking forward to, but having so many things walled off behind houses while that's still not even here yet is off-putting enough that I don't know that I'm even going to enjoy it once it does hit. Plus at this point I full well expect that to be a slog as well (with an expiration date, of course). Or require a recommendation from a FC with a house, just because.

Really wish I would have held off on resubbing for ~ 6 months as it stands...
