Likely to be one of the items they adjust in 2.38 or 2.4 (Can't remember which one Yoshi said was going to have the Duty Finder tweakage). Seems they just wanted to get it implemented then iron it AND FLs out in the upcoming patch(es). Just means that for now you and 2 friends will just each have to start up a PF and Ally up once each one fills. I bet they fill decently quick especially since you won't have to stick with the generic 2-2-4 party makeup. No more LotA with a bunch of bored/afking tanks lol
