Email says to choose your world but..

So I got an Email that said I needed to go to Evenbrite and add my character's world information into my ticket info.

However, there is still no drop down menu for this information. Please let us know when to go back to Evenbrite to add this info if we truly need it.

Did you follow this step?

Editing your world name:

1. Select your Data Center info (if this is already selected, you will need to select it again to make the world pull-down appear)
   *If the world pull-down still doesn’t appear, try selecting the wrong data center, and then reselecting the correct one
2. Once you select your Data Center, a new pull-down for World will appear, select your primary character’s world.
3. Save your information.

I already picked my world, but yea is there supposed to be an option on there to put it on your badge? Maybe it was only for the Early Access people who ordered in that first wave.

e-mail? can someone explain i have already got my ticket from the pre-sales what is this e-mail about? i would like to add i am going to the one in London, and would like to ask if the e-mail is for the one in las-vagas

The world/character info is going to be printed on your badge. It's not an option you have to select.

Do you own only one active service account? Maybe you have selected a different service account to begin with?

Thanks, it was that little red text... It didnt work until I chose the other NA data center. It did not give me a world list when I chose the JP or EU ones as the "wrong" one.

i pre-ordered as well. and I did not see an option for my world nor character info. But I do only have one character active. Will that be taken in consideration then?
