Gm's pleasantly surprised.

Okay I ramble so I'll try to keep this short but good luck me.
[GM]Gm Kroyipi, I'm sure some one else has had encounters with GM's both positive and negative but hopefully they all went like the one I had.
long story short, some one was being obscene, rude and very very elitist during a ST run. I wont name names but needless to say I reported them. I work in IT and I know how long some tickets sit before being investigated or even looked at. So i hopped into another run. I then got a response from [GM]Gm Kroyipi in roughly twenty minutes later This is my first encounter with a gms. I was met with both professionalism and sense of ease as they then reassured me they were going to have the matter investigated and culprit if one was determined punished appropriately. I don't know how to end this properly so ill just say once again [GM]Gm Kroyipi, Thanks, keep being professional, nice, and courteous and just overall Awesome. Hopefully you receive the kindness you send out.

With so many Q.Q threads on the forums, it's nice to see someone showing some gratitude (no sarcasm!)

I hope the issue gets solved for you, but going by your description of how your interaction with GM Kroyipi went, I'm sure it will!
