Looking for advice from Oceanic/SEA players!

Howdy everyone,

the missus and I just recently renewed our subscriptions and I'm thinking of transferring the both of us to different servers.

We're currently playing on Behemoth, but I'm wondering if there are any other servers with a higher Oceanic/SEA population. Since it's been so long since we last were subscribed, I'm curious whether or not Behemoth is still a big Oceanic server. We never got involved in Free Companies but are looking to do so now and it would be more enjoyable playing on a server where a lot of people are on when we go on.

So yeah, that's pretty much it, I'm wondering whether or not we should stay on Behemoth? Or change to a JP server like Tonberry. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

I'm a 50 White Mage and she's a level 25 Black Mage, in case anyone wanted to know.

Tonberry, you could try create a char on Tonberry and check it out yourself.

I believe Behemoth (NA) and Tonberry (JP) are still the two Oceanic frontrunners.

Not entirely sure of the exact amount of Oceanic players on each, but I know plenty of aussies on Behemoth.

Can't give any tips about Tonberry though, I've never played on it

Definitely go to Tonberry, it is international oceanic server. But it is also has high populations, aka crowded. Things are happening very fast over there when it comes to duty finder finding group. Make sure to NOT check only English in your options. Most of the Asia Pacific players are way more nicer, courteous and a bit more patience compared to the NA's brethren. You actually clear a lot of things via DF, and do not have to deal with that many wipes. Seems like most players there do Party Finder to practice and use DF to hop in and clear stuffs fast (and actually aware of their roles). Or you can try less crowded server like Belias, if you want some peace and quiet and not have to deal with too many crowds. Best of all, hardly NO SPAMS from RMT, that itself is a good reason to get out from NA servers.
