Dear Square-Enix, please change the Highlander's Stand and Run animations

So, Highlanders are fairly cool. However, unlike their Female counterparts, Male Highlanders share the same animations at the Midlander. The issue is that, because Highlanders are significantly larger, in both height and muscularity, it winds up looking sort of effeminate.

Instead, I'd simply ask that you alter their base Standing and Movement animations. If you cycle through their /changepose stances, you'll see one that has his legs and arms set apart, giving him a really intimidating look; *THAT'S* what I would like to see their default animation as.

As for their Running and Walking animations, maybe something a little more forceful? When Sprinting and Sprinting, he should look like he's charging head-first into battle, not "trying to outrun his feet". When Walking, I'd like to see their head kept low, with more of a powerful, "angry" sort of walk.

Anyways, I know it's super nit-picky, but for as cool as the Highlanders look, they don't really *act* the part, to me.

The problem with this is that Hildbrand is a Highlander model. Could you imagine Hildebrand doing what you suggest?

To be honest, I actually like the fact they don't have eyebrows. You don't really see true Nordic features in most media, but there are a lot of men whose eyebrows are so light, they seem "invisible". I think it gives them an even more intimidating appearance!

Anyways, I do indeed play a Miqo'te currently, but I honestly really like the look of Highlanders. I typically prefer tough-looking races in games, and there's no doubt that the Highlanders look tough -- when in that one specific pose. The rest of the time, though, it seems like they look sort of unnatural, like there's a disconnect between their appearance and their attitude. I mean, Elezen and Miqo'te aren't radically different from Midlanders, but their unique animations really sell them as "different". I'd love to see Highlanders given the same treatment.

And like I said, Female Highlanders have different animations from Female Midlanders, so why not give the Male counterparts a little TLC?

Midlander hyur female run is the worst. I switched to highlander because of it. However I seriously doubt they will change any of the base animations this far into the game, maybe add options though, that would be nice.

Male highlanders get eyebrows as a makeup option. I feel like a latina every time.

I think the highlanders look fine. But to each his/her own.

The only thing that really irks me character model-wise is the male Miqo'te idle standing animation and their non sprinting run (was male miqo'te before I finally broke and fantasia-d myself to derplander). The regular standing animation makes them look like they're trying to be the alpha-male (i.e. wide stance, looks as if flexing, and the hands... I just hate how the hands are). And their non-sprint gait just makes me think of some guy trying to look cool as he runs. It bugs me.

I miss my tail, but nothing else lol.
