    Update launcher is to slow..

    i got a 100 mb/s bandwidth and still downloading with 0,45-0,98 kb/s..
    ive done all what the support site told me to do, but it wont help.

    Ports are opened,firewall isnt running for ff14 and so on..

    I got windows 7 and dont know what to do now.

    My boyfriend is using the same internet connection as me and has no problems with it,maybe its because he got win 8.

    Anyone can help me? Or is there any site where i can download and patch manual?

    nothing to do with the windows version, but just because you're both on the same internet connection does not mean you are both taking the same route to the servers hosting the update data.

    However, make sure neither of you are running unrestricted/uncapped Uploads.
