Titan HM (late to the party, I know)

Hope you get 1 lvl 100 tank, 1 decent healer and 1 dodge-able dps from duty roulette and you're set. That's why nobody sells Titan hm runs for months - can be cleared by 4-5 people now.
My fc tried to do Ifrit hm naked - we couldn't do it but after putting accesories and boots on it was fast kill.

Thanks guys. Did it again just before maintenance after gearing up more and got it cleared. Granted, I was nomming dirt after the heart phase due to being weakened (got clipped by Weights) and not surviving Earthen Fury, but everyone else pulled through. So... now I have my Veil of Wiyu. =D

Congrats on the titan clear! as you gear up, and with more practice, you'll see it's an easy fight as a DPS. (i've done all 3, i don't want to heal it again, not my thing).

The EX is what I'm most worried about. As a SCH, what's the lowest HP threshold I can have?

I think 4100. Geo Crush does a ton of damage after the first one because the arena gets super small. He will always do 4 stomps, each does about 800. Bombs do about 4000 damage.

If you meet the ilvl to get in and can navigate the mechanics, you're good to go. When I get Titan HM in Trial Roulette and have first-time players, I kind expect that they'll die or even get knocked off completely, and it's no big deal. Healing through Tumult is only difficult when multiple party members are extremely rez-sick from dying to Weight or bombs.
