Hmm, then off hand I'm not sure. I would be sure to check in with Urianger and the other Disciples of the Seventh Dawn - since they sent us on the Primal quests. I always kind of thought that the treat the minions and mounts like Pokémon, and that they wanted everyone to try and 'catch em all' - Also, they said maybe there would be a reward for collecting them all. For all we know it was a trick I hope not. I hope you can get something for grinding out all those Ex Primals. I especially like the Chariot idea.

okay when he said that it seemed pretty clear to me that it was implied it's not in the game yet. That at some point, once all horses are in the game and obtainable (I.e. wait for shiva) there -MAY- be a bonus reward for collecting all the ugly elemental donkeys.

They actually did say once they add Shiva, since she is the last primal, they'll be adding the "all primal mounts" reward. My guess is it's a Slepinir mount. :P It's just like the beast quest reward, they've said you get a special reward for maxing out your trust with every beast race but that reward is being added in 2.35/2.38 with the Ixali quests, since they're the final beast tribe.

Do 100 and you'll see a drop so they say then do 700 more for The rest of the LS.
