They will make sure no normal monster gets to be daily bill twice a during the week.

I don't know if kind is the right term, so much as a sort of camaraderie born of mutual suffering. There's a server voice chat for quickly spreading finds, as well as probably dozens of overlapping linkshells that bounce around spawns hither and yon. There's still early pulling at times, but that tends to lead to beatings with a rubber hose for being a bastard to everyone else.Maybe Hyperion has a greater population of those who do actually organize and announce things to the general populous outside of the LS, but it definitely isn't normal on Leviathan. MAYBE on S rank elites, but things are so hectic on those that it really doesn't matter. If Hyperion really is that kind, I salute you folks for your efforts.
Yep, I'm very happy to be a hunter on Hyperion. The big hunt groups are open to anyone who wants to join, and only people who break those rules (trolling, griefing, excessive early pulling, etc.) are removed.
There will always be that handful of players who troll everyone by pulling as soon as they dismount their chocobos, but most people have learned it's more fun to cooperate and share in the success. I hunted a TON over the weekend, and people were very good (for the most part) and waiting for as long as possible (often to the point the NM first starts disappearing) before pulling. Even at times our party only had six or seven members, NOT ONCE did I get less than full credit (only times I got less than full were on B ranks, where only a few of us tagged NMs before they died, but there were only a few like that). That's the benefit of people being patient and waiting for as many people to arrive as possible.
Hopefully, whatever happens tonight won't completely destroy the hunt communities. It's been nice having content in this game where being part of a community is worthwhile and enjoyable.

Excalibur is like this as well, and based on what I read on here in every hunt related thread I just feel bad for people on other servers. At the same time, nothing is stopping them from putting an equal amount of effort into working together as they do complaining about things being "broken."
Changes have been announced and the break down is:
- Total rewards from bills jumps from 67 per week to 264 per week.
- Everyone now gets a different weekly bill. So no more Naulsanity.
- B ranks respawn 5 seconds after they die, are passive, give no rewards upon death unless you have the right bill, and are soloable.
- A ranks and S ranks are unchanged.
