    Arcanist and Summon II

I know this is a "Stupid" question -- but I saw that Arcanists gain Summon II at level 15.

However, being level 19, I didn't automatically pick it up...
So, which begs the question of how does one acquire it??
If it's a quest to get it, where do you start it?

    Thanks

Every 5 levels, you can do a class quest from the arcanist guild.

    Have you done those?

Also as your hotbar fills up with abilities sometimes when you learn an ability it doesn't automatically appear in your hotbar, meaning you could possibly not even know you have a certain ability. Thus you have to add the ability manually to the hotbar from the Actions and Traits menu. But Kiraan is right - Summon II is gained from the level 15 ACN class quest 'Topaz Teachings' available at the ACN Guild.
