I have not done 2nd coil yet and do not sure about all the lore but why fight louisoux? We are warriors of light and was he not the Good Guy, lol

All is just guess only

Because by the end of 1st coil, you see two guys appear

Nael Van Danus and Louisoix Leveilleur walking together, we never know what happened to them

Until 2nd coil release, we found Nael Van Danus greeting upon enter the structure itself, why would he there? aren't he dead? then we knew Nael we seen its not Nael we know

So So So there are last coil, the 3rd coil, I just guess only, Louisoix gonna be used by Bahamut against us at some point, we even seen him in 1st coil peeping on us in Turn 1, who know what happened to him this turn

I don't believe we'll actually defeat Bahamut as part of the binding coil scenario. The purpose of coil is to explore what actually happened at Cartenau when Louisoix and Bahamut vanished in a blinding white light.

Bahamut himself is core to the main storyline as evidenced by the events of the 2.3 main storyline beginning to set up a means of defeating him.

We may fight him indirectly in the final turns but we won't beat him yet.
