The Armoire - why can't I place all event rewards in it?

These 9 items I have to place on my retainer because they aren't "Armoirable"...

The first 6 are able to be traded and sold on MB and can't be stored for this reason.

Items from the most recent seasonal events are never able to be stored until the next major patch (2.4 in this case).

This is something that has bothered me for a while. They release these items, but wait to offer armoire support until a later patch... This my differ some people or inconvenience them at least due to restricted inventory space from just playing the game normally. I have the space to hold the items from the last even for now, but it's still something that should be offered alongside the events when there are new items, not as an after thought.

if they allow people to store event items in the armoire during the event, everyone would put them in there immediately (duh, I don't want that stuff clogging my armory chest). However waiting until next patch forces people to look at them, and possibly even consider wearing them. I think this is SE trying to force our hand into participating in the events just a little more than 'do the quests, get achievement, ok stop'.
