"Thy life is a river to bear rapture and sorrow
To listen to suffer to entrust until tomorrow
In one fleeting moment, from the land doth life flow
Yet in one fleeting moment for the new leaf doth grow"
I honestly don't believe the OP has been working on it as hard as they say they have. Most people that I see genuinely complain about the drop rate have at least broken 1,000 fates, the OP has not. If they truly have done this for 2-3 hours per day for 3 months, they would of broken 1,000 quite easily.
Funny, we seem to see the same small circle of people bringing it up. According to the pads census, thousands of others stuck to it and have at least 1 weapon (even many novus by now), or gave up and moved on to other similarly potent weapons.
Wasn't necessarily my point.
My point being it's do-able, functions, and isn't broken.
Luck is a highly perceptive thing. Patience is rare. Perseverance is even more rare in this generation of "gimmie gimmie gamers".
It's absolutely possible to get shut out of good rolls in RNG.
I'm not opposing that.
What I am saying is it doesn't need adjustment. It's meant to be a hair pulling, teeth grinding, keyboard tossing frustration.
Because when you finally overcome it, you feel like you accomplished something.
Even if it was only "having good luck" or "finally beating RNGesus at his own game".
But again. People will want most everything handed to them with an asterisk that reads: "If it's too hawd, we will give it to you fo fwee eventuwy".

A census of less than 1% of a population of which the vast majority of players aren't the type who would participate in such a thing isn't a good thing to base an argument on.
You don't seem to get that spending 46 hours in one zone farming fates is in no way rewarding, because you never spent 46 hours in one zone farming fates. When it does drop it doesn't feel great, it just feels like "well crap I have to do THAT potentially 12 more times? Funk doing this, my luck sucks."Wasn't necessarily my point.

So don't?
I farmed for 30 minutes, moved to another area.
If it didn't put out, I went to another area.
If I got bored of Atma farming, I went and did primals or coil or crafted, or goofed off with my FC.
Obsessively face grinding one piece of content will make you disdain a game.
Moving to another area doesn't increase your chance of it dropping, no matter where I went I'd still be at 0 atma for 46 hours of fate grinding. You don't know the issue because you were lucky, or possibly even within what is considered normal RNG rates. The people complaining here are the ones who were screwed by extreme RNG issues which is the issue we are complaining about. You don't know about the issue so you have no argument for or against it. I'm saying you have an ignorant view about itSo don't?

Touche, I was fortunate. My suggestion wasn't intended as a "this will get your content down quicker" as much as it was "this will make it less frustrating in the long run".
Same thing for me at work. If I'm having a difficult time on one project, I move to another for a while.
Project A isn't getting anywhere. But I'm able to keep my chin up because project B is going somewhere, and it keeps me in a good mood until I heard back to my initial project.
I do hope you get your drops soon, either way!
