dissapointment with gamescon interview

why would it take so long for them to make such a basic change? dont get me wrong, for my pally, the class i will be rolling now, i already have the 110 sol weapon, so its not about having gear, its about how theyve been waving it in our faces and keeping all of it to luck, making it so unattainable. i want atma, animus novus, i want all of it, because the way it builds. i dont want to wait several more months for a simple solution, whether it be an increase in drop rate, or even a certain amount of fates, for somethingthats been a problem since it was introduced. not to mention the fact that some people might want atma for more than one class, but hate the randomness and the complete luck of atma.
