Question about leveling class/job

I assume this is your first char. First stop and level CNJ until get cleric stance, this will make damage as a SCH much better since you swap mind and int and gain extra damage. You can use all your ACN abilities as a SCH anyway and all you loose is the pet and for solo it's not that big a deal. Instead of a tank pet you'll be the tank of sorts but your faerie will heal you instead.

I'm weird and have a different character for all my 50's so I wouldn't say it is my first character. I've just never used my class past level 30 as there has been no reason for me to until now (with having Summoner not unlocked as well). I've got Conjurer to 15 on my Scholar already since that is the sub-class to unlocking Scholar. I didn't think Cleric Stance would make up for my lost DPS of having a healing pet but maybe I underestimated it.

When you start to get more mind gear with out int you notice the difference with cleric stance. My last 50 was arcanist and I choose scholar and still haven't unlocked summoner. I have six other chars and my 50 BLM is another chat but this char I have most at 50 bar lancer and thaumaturge.
