PGL is a DPS class
It's definitely DD/DPS.
Incidentally, a handy hint to remember if you're having trouble understanding what role a certain class or Job is, is to set the GUI to show the party list even when solo - this will show your character's name plus their current class's logo beside it in the top left corner of the screen (by default). In this list the colour of the class/Job icon shows what role that class or Job is - red is DD/DPS, green is healer and blue is tank.![]()
Thanks, how do I do that? It's definitely DD/DPS.

Sadly I don't have access to the game at the moment so I can't check for sure, but from what I remember is I think it's found under System Configuration - the specific option is called 'Hide Party Member List when solo', and it should have a small square beside it that would probably have a light on it by default. To turn this function off (in other words, to display the party list even when you're not in a party), click this tab so that it's not lit. Then click 'Apply' at the bottom of the window to save the changes.![]()
System / Character Configuration / UI Settings / Party List. Un-check "Hide party list when solo.".
Got it. Thanks again, folks.
If you don't want to turn that on, you can also pop open the Duty Finder window. It tells you your current role in the upper right.
10 posts per page is only the default setting; it is bad, and you should feel bad if you haven't changed it.
