Missing Draught Chocobo Whistle?

I recruited a family member to the game using the new recruitment system, they then registered the game and signed up for 90 days worth of playtime. Although we both received the 30 day reward item, I've yet to receive the 90 day reward item (Draught Chocobo Whistle) - and I find that kind of odd since these things are usually a instantaneous process.

On the Mog Station my account says "Recruitment Reward Item 1" and "Recruitment Reward Item 2" - so it looks like I'm registered for it, but for some reason I still haven't gotten it through Mog Mail?

Actually.. nevermind. Apparently my inbox was full? I'd been saving my reward item messages in my inbox, but I guess 20 was the max.. Wish the game was a little more clear about it, but it ultimately was my mistake, so welp.
