How a slight change could open GLA for a future DPS job

If you queue as a GLA, you'd be a tank class, with GLA stats, a Sword and a Shield. Those stats and weapon would play a major role in your lack of DPS. And with less vitality than nowadays like I suggested, you'd have to pop Shield Stance to survive, crippling your damage even more. And the Duty Finder won't search for another tank class/job.

If you queue as a GLA-based DRK, you'd be a DPS job, with DRK stats, and a 2-handed sword. The Duty Finder would put a tank in the party, thus you wouldn't have to use Shield Stance, and you could do decent damage.
