judging by the amount of threads i assume this is the most populated server.

during peak times on the most busiest day, is there a que to get on the server?

I have been playing daily on leviathan since beta, and haven't had a queue to get in since a few months after launch. I have gotten that "1 person in queue" error three of four times, but it's not a true queue and reentering the lobby plus you right in.

I haven't seen a queue to enter the server, unless it's directly after maintenance after a huge patch.

Define get into the server. If you mean to create a new char on the world or transfer over then yes, peak hours will shut you out. If you have an existing char then no you'll be able to hop on any time ya wish.

Leviathan i think is ranked #3 for most populated unless it moved up, but yes you should come to Levi if you have not

If a large area crashes, there will be a queue while trying to log back on, as everyone else who crashed will be trying to re-enter at the same time. The queue doesn't go by how many are currently on the server, it goes by how many are simultaneously trying to connect at the same time.
