Can Square please make it obtainable in-game via quest, or some sort of event? Or even as an achievement reward? Its much better to look at the regular Elbst. Plus it spits water. Or maybe that's just its spit in general. Don't matter, still want it.

I believe you get that mount from doing the reputation dailys for the sahagin

You can get an Elbst mount from the Sahagin tribe quests but its not the same colour and does not have the breath attack.

I remember in a live letter than Yoshi himself said he would have liked a different color for the drake mount. I think if there's enough demand they'll listen.
