It's been left in this overprofited state for so long that cutting it down now would piss off people for more reasons than just decreasing the profit.
I see no problem with taking all of the allied seals dropped by elite marks and slapping them onto the daily/elite mark bills instead. On a personal note, I really want allied seals to drop from Frontlines as that would make storyline sense, but that's just me.
