Some people also bought Titan HM wins for relict. Should now everyone get a Novus weapon for free?

Let's be honest when they say they're going to 'fix PvP gear' what they mean is boosting the stats to match the usual gear for the same level. PvP stats are actually subpar compared to PvE gear, with morale being the only useful stat difference. Since this stat is utterly worthless in Frontlines, they simply want to raise the other stats to the same basic level.
PvP gear won't suddenly become 'useful' just merely less useless. It's basically for glamour purposes alone, and now that fewer people are actually bothering with arena based combat, the rank seems like a waste of time. To be perfectly honest, I could care less either way. The items aren't the prettiest in the first place, so I won't be missing much by not equipping them.

Arena pvp is so lame.. bring in open world pvp if you want a taste of real pvp adrenaline. It would be refreshing if they added just one aspect to this game, one zone where they didn't hold your hand through it and where glamour isn't the goal. Just raw, unadulterated, no referee player driven pvp, full of ganking, smack-talk, griefing and zerging![]()

They pretty much gave you FL by capping it off at iLVL 80 and negating materia bonuses. So go do that until you can max rank to 40 so you can wear all the good stuff.
Riiiiight. Can you remind me what you have to do in serious PvP games where you basically got the same gear than everyone, but when it come down to the pure aspect of it ... You have to do something in order to have better skins ?No one but match traders and trolls can`t see the point of it. Is Player vs Players. Grind in any way or form has to be completely outside of it.
Can you ?
Oh thats right its called you have to level up your rank by doin pvp. Does that ring any bell ?
Well to be fair..most serious PvP games are called MOBAs and are hugely popular and 99% of the time you buy the better skins with real money.Riiiiight. I agree. I don't mind grinding up my pvp level. but waiting 1 hour for one front line game, and then requeue and wait another hour. It's not worth it. Spending 3 of my daily 4 hours in queues to play like 3 games is not really fun

The fun of subscription model mmo is you work for what you want to get, and find yourself in a sense of accomplishment once you have completed it. Otherwise, please unsubscribe and find any random FTP mmo out here and pay real money for the stuff you want. Nothing need to be say more.
3 months to be rank 25 before Frontline.
1 week and half to rank 40
In 3 weeks, I have full Ilvl 100 set for bard, monk, and paladin. Including weapons.
Go cry a river, lazybones.

I think having the lvl reqirement is a good thing.
However not being able to share your PvP rank over all 3 Grand companies (ie, I switch GC and I start at PvP rank 1 again) is completely terrible! My skills should not change just because I decided to hang out with the Malestrom for a month or two.
I wanted to play with my friends but whats the point of switching if I cant retain the lvls or the ability to wear my gear when I switch back to my Grand company of choice.
My character is Gridanian and always will be... I don't care about win loss ratios I just wanted to play with my friends.
